PUBLIC RELATIONS RESOURCES CHAIRMAN

Basic Functions

The Public Relations Resources Chairman, with the guidance of the District Vice Chairman Administration, empowers everyone in the District  to tell the Scouting story.

Evaluation Criteria

·        Creates and maintains training materials for when to do an article and what to include in the article

·        Creates and maintains sample articles 

·        Maintains copies of articles submitted in our district

·        Work with PR Liason Chair to ensure training information is current

·        Attend Council Coordinated meetings, University of Scouting publicity training

·        Helps recruit 3 photographers that can handle District events.

·        Maintains copies of talent forms submitted for District Events.

·        Maintains spreadsheet of talent forms submitted for District Events.
